Returns

  1. How do I return an item?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  See our Return Policy here.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges of an item instead of returns?

Yes, you may exchange the same item purchased for another size or color.

 

  1. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will process the return within two-three weeks and issue a refund in the original form of payment received.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally.

 

  1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We have a processing time of 2-3 business days.  Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.  Allow 2-3 business days in addition to transit time.  Please review our Shipping Policy for the most current costs and transit times.

 

Placing Orders

  1. May I place an order by phone?

Yes, you may place an order over the phone by reaching out to our customer service department.  Orders may be placed between the hours of 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday- Friday.

 

  1. What are your acceptable forms of payment?

We accept the following forms of payment, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal Express.

 

  1. How may I reach customer service concerning questions about my order or products available on your website?

Our customer service team is available Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  You may reach us directly by phone or email us at customerservice@solelesssandals.com

 

  1. The item I want is out of stock? How will I be notified when it is back in stock?

If an item you want is currently out of stock, we will give you the option to be notified by email once it is back in stock.

 

  1. Does Soleless Sandals issue gift cards or gift certificates?

At this time we do not issue gift cards or gift certificates. 

 

Product Questions

  1. What are your care instructions for the items purchased?

Our handmade crochet items are made of 100% cotton.  We recommend hand washing the item with a mild detergent and cold water and laying them down flat to dry. 

 

  1. How am I able to write a product review?

We would love your feedback on any items purchased.  You may write a review in the review section of the product page of the purchased item.  We also send out a request for a product review after the purchase of an item.

 

  1. Do you offer custom orders?

We do not currently offer custom orders.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time if you no longer wish to receive email communications from us.  Unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of your email.
