Shipping and Returns

Please allow up to 2 business days processing time from the time the order is placed to the time the order is shipped.

All orders are shipped within the U.S. We do not ship Internationally.

USPS Ground Advantage: Please allow 2-5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail: Please allow 1-3 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express: Please allow 1-2 business days.

Bulk Orders

10 - 50 pairs

Please allow between 2 - 4 weeks processing time from the time the order is placed to the time the order is shipped.

More than 50 pairs

Please allow between 4 - 8 weeks processing time from the time the order is placed to the time the order is shipped.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days accompanied with the receipt for unworn, unwashed or damaged items.

If you would like to return an item please notify Customer Service by email. Send your request to customerservice@solelesssandals.com.
Briefly specify the reason for your return, include the name of item and order number.
Once the email is sent, we will respond within 24 hours with instructions for the return process and a link to print your return label.
Print return label.
Carefully pack the items in the original condition with the original receipt of purchase.
Affix your shipping label to the package making sure to cover up the original label and no other tracking information is shown.
Once your package is ready to be shipped, refer to the shipping carrier on the label.
For USPS, give it to your local carrier or drop it off at the nearest USPS location.
Returned items will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of item and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
